At the end of which you will be prepped and positioned for the pelvic examination.Your external genitalia is visually inspected first very closely using an otoscope and then you will be asked to hold yourself open for the doctor to inspect your vaginal introitus or opening.Your labialipsare examined next using a combination of palpation and squeezing motions and then the inners folds are separated and opened to inspect the urethra and vaginal opening again with more palpation.Your bi black clitoris will also be examined and inspected and palpated for proper sexual response and functionA speculum exam will take place with a standard stainless steel speculum inspecting the inner walls of your vagina and taking a pap smearA bimanual exam will take place using 2 gloved and well lubricated fingers inside your vagina and palpation of your lower abdomen with the opposite hand.A rectovaginal exam will take place that will include a gloved finger in your vagina and rectum simultaneously and again palpation of your lower abdomen with the opposite hand.A stand alone rectal exam will take place to include first visually inspecting the anus and then insertion of a gloved and lubricated finger into the rectum and finishing with an internal inspection of the anal canal with use of a plastic anoscope.That is my basic exam scenario. Masc, twink, or jock, or in shape, usually prefer 40 and younger unless you're in really good shape.
